At It’s an Ostan we dislike how conventional sizing plays into peoples’ emotions. We do not like to label our measurements in the regular words and abbreviations, as each measurement value can accommodate a range of sizes.

Our sizing is not standardized and can vary between each garment collection and launch. Each time, we will list flat measurements and their corresponding category.

Flat measurements are taken across the front of the clothing when laid flat. Stretch is not included in this measurement.

To find your size, either:

• Find a comparable item in your closet. Lay it on a flat surface and measure across the front.

• You can double our flat measurements and compare it to your around-the-body measurement.

And what about footwear sizing?

With each footwear collection and launch, sizing will always be displayed. You can always message us with any sizing questions.
